Approximately 7,428 acres of Wisconsin farmland will be offered in a two-session auction from Aug. 23-24.
Schrader Real Estate and Auction Co. is marketing the land, which will span six counties – Barron, Dunn, Polk, Chippewa, Marathon and Clark.
“The land is owned by a single organization, but farmers and investors will be allowed to bid on any combination of tracts offered in each session,” said R.D. The owners have widely implemented ESG practices, and farm improvement reports are available.”
