Approximately 7,428 acres of Wisconsin farmland will be offered in a two-session auction from Aug. 23-24.
Schrader Real Estate and Auction Co. is marketing the land, which will span six counties – Barron, Dunn, Polk, Chippewa, Marathon and Clark.
“The land is owned by a single organization, but farmers and investors will be allowed to bid on any combination of tracts offered in each session,” said R.D. Schrader, president of Schrader Real Estate and Auction Co. “Tracts range in size from 10 acres to 172 acres. The owners have widely implemented ESG practices, and farm improvement reports are available.”
“These farms really show the benefits of good stewardship over the past 10 years, and the land has produced well for the owners,” Schrader added, noting the auction’s 86% of tillable land “is really remarkable for this large of an offering in Wisconsin.”
Schrader staff will be available at the properties in advance to accommodate inspections and provide detailed information. Those seeking specific times and locations may visit SchraderAuction.com or call (800) 451-2705.
