Exceleras, the Glencoe, Illinois-based software provider focused on the mortgage servicing and real estate industries, has rolled out the Agent Listing Experience (ALEX) platform for real estate professionals involved with REO properties.
According to the company, the ALEX platform includes the following features:
- Agent marketing tools that enable subscribers to create profiles for tracking their activity and promoting themselves in the market to win more listings;
- Listing management tools that allow agents to automatically assign tasks for REO properties they have listed to preferred vendors and track progress through to completion;
- Property repair data offered through a partnership with Bluebook that allows subscribers to access a range of features, including real-time repair estimates for their properties, allowing them to visit with sellers and discuss the option to repair before listing;
- Property valuation tools that offer access to simpler, more accurate and complete property valuations; and
- Offer management tools that streamline the offer process into four user-friendly steps, simplifying and accelerating the process of reviewing counter offers and closing the deal so agents make more money.
