IPA Capital Markets, a division of Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), specializing in capital markets services for major private and institutional clients, announced the hiring of Brandon Roth as managing director in its Palo Alto, California office.
Prior to joining IPA Capital Markets, Roth served as principal of Lakebrook Capital, where he specialized in capital markets and arranged senior debt, mezzanine debt and equity for a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions. Earlier in his career, he spent 10 years in capital markets positions at JLL and HFF.
