Airbnb Inc. (NASDAQ: ABNB) is now offering a co-host network designed help Airbnb hosts manage their properties.

Under the program, co-hosts will manage listings, answer reservation inquiries, communicate with guests, contract for cleaning services and handle problems at the property. Airbnb hosts can hire their co-host from a selection of more than 10,000 co-hosts across 10 countries. The company’s blog stated that its “personalized ranking algorithm recommends a list of co-hosts based on more than 80 factors, including your location, hosting experience, and type of home. You’ll see their profile and reviews, and you can connect with them right in the app.”

Airbnb is also calling attention to the new co-hosting network in a marketing campaign. The company is also promoting more than 50 upgrades to its app, including suggested destinations, recommended filters and access to more than two dozen online payment choices around the world.

“With the Co-Host Network, we’re taking the work out of hosting,” said Brian Chesky, Airbnb co-founder and CEO. “Starting today, you provide the home, and we’ll provide an exceptional co-host.”
