Actor Alec Baldwin has reduced the price of his 8.28-acre Hamptons estate one month after relisting it.

Realtor.com reports the five-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom residence in Amagansett, New York, was back on the market last month for $21 million – it was first listed for $29 million in 2022 and was price reduced over time to $18.9 million before being withdrawn from sale. In January 2024, Baldwin tried to drum up buyer interest by posting a YouTube video of the property.

The property is now being offered at $19.9 million. Last month, Baldwin and his wife Hilaria told an interviewer they were eager leave the New York area and permanently relocate to Los Angeles.

“We don’t want to raise our kids in the Hamptons anymore,” she said. “We’re considering L.A. It’s all about fresh energy—a reset.”
