The home equity investment platform Point has hired Alex de Calice as head of capital formation.
In his new role, de Calice will spearhead the company’s platform capital fundraising efforts and foster strategic partnerships with institutional investors to drive the growth of the home equity investing asset class. Before joining the Palo Alto, California-based company, de Calice was president of Tacora Capital. Earlier in his career, he was managing director and head of business development and investor relations at Pagaya Technologies and co-founder of Nara Capital, a structured credit hedge fund.
