Boise Hunter Homes, a family-owned and operated luxury homebuilder and developer in Idaho, has acquired an 80-acre fully entitled parcel in Eagle, Idaho from Williams Homes of Santa Clarita, California.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed and a timeline for the new development has not been set. The future community is already entitled at the City of Eagle and will be adjacent to a previous Boise Hunter Homes’ community called Henry’s Fork.
Separately, the company announced it has broken ground on its Dry Creek Ranch Community Center in Boise. The new facility will span nearly 9,000 square feet and will feature gym and exercise class areas, a glass-enclosed indoor kids’ playroom visible from the workout area, a commercial grade kitchen, café style lounge, HOA office space, and multiple groups gathering spaces. A 45’x100′ pool will include a connected kiddie pool surrounded by outdoor grills, gas firepits, and a sunbathing area. The remaining manicured acreage of the site will showcase sporting areas including four pickleball courts, a full-size basketball court, an outdoor sand volleyball court, a soccer field, and a large playground.
