Perform Properties, a Blackstone Real Estate portfolio company focused on high-performing retail and office properties, announced the appointment of Brad Bazley as senior vice president and chief technology officer.
In his new role, Bazley will spearhead the company’s technology strategy, prioritizing innovation and technology solutions to enhance portfolio operations and drive value. He will be based at the company’s headquarters in Santa Monica, California.
Bazley comes to Perform from Internet Brands, where he served as vice president and chief information officer. Earlier in his career, he was senior vice president of information technology and Material Holdings and senior manager of technology innovation and digital security at Red Bull.
