The intersection of real estate, TikTok and highly priced eggs overlapped into a newly popular viral video where a North Carolina real estate agent is promising free eggs as an incentive for a home sale.
TikTok user @aaronc97_ documented this unlikely incentive when discovering a “For Sale” sign outside of a property that carried an additional sign reading “Free EGGS with purchase of house.”
“I had to get out my [expletive] truck and make sure I was reading this sign right,” the video’s narrator exclaimed while approaching the signs, adding, “Eggs so [expletive] high, you got to buy a house to get some. Lord Jesus!”
The signs were the work of Raleigh-based Diane Kleckner of eXp Realty. However, it is not certain just how many eggs are provided to the homebuyer, or whether this is a one-shot incentive or if there is a more long-term supply of the increasingly pricey breakfast staple.

I used to offer 2 dozen homemade Chocolate chip cookie bonuses to agents bringing an accepted offer on my listings! I would put it in the “Agent Remarks”! 35 years later nobody cares!
You have got to LOVE this girl! What a great marketing “joke!” It’s so good it made your news!
