The homebuilder Century Communities Inc. (NYSE: CCS) has previewed its latest endeavor with Breakwater Villas, a luxury townhome community in St. Augustine, Florida.
The community will offer three-story townhomes with elevators and rooftop terraces. The residences start at 2,700 square feet and feature three bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three 3 bathrooms, and two to three bay garages. Amenities will include a clubhouse and pool, and the community is within walking distance to the local beaches and a short drive to historic Downtown St. Augustine.
The development marks the company’s first community in Florida’s St. Johns County. Sales are anticipated to begin this summer, with homes starting from the low $1 millions.
