The homebuilder Century Communities Inc. (NYSE:CCS) has announced the return of its Purple Tag Sales Event.
The sales event encourages buyer to do their home shopping online at CenturyCommunities.com. Buyers can click the “Buy Now” on any available home, fill out an online form, electronically submit an initial earnest money deposit and then electronically sign a purchase contract via DocuSign.
Among the benefits of the event are discounts of up to 25% off rates with competitive financing and rate lock programs through affiliate lender Inspire Home Loans, along with special pricing and closing cost assistance.
