The real estate investment firm Chase Properties has announced two retail property acquisitions: Creekside Plaza in Ithaca, New York, and Waynesboro Town Center in Waynesboro, Virginia.

The 180,000-square-foot Creekside Plaza was built in 2001 and is 95% leased, with anchor tenants including Dick’s Sporting Goods, HomeGoods, Barnes & Noble, and O’Reilly Auto Parts. Waynesboro Town Center is a 170,810-square-foot retail hub located along the I-81 corridor in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley. It was built in 2007, is 98% leased and shadow-anchored by Target and Kohl’s.

The financial aspects of the acquisitions were not disclosed.
