The real estate development firm Cole West has begun new home sales at Vera, a residential community in Santa Clara, Utah.
According to the company, the community is located 10 minutes west of the city of St. George and will feature 80 homes, including 10 single-family homes and 70 townhomes ranging from 1,635 to 2,175 square feet, with options for three to four bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half bathrooms, two-car garages and enclosed backyards. Residents at Vera will have access to landscaped green space and a dog park within the community. The Lava Flow Trail in Santa Clara also runs through the community.
Home prices start in the low $400,000s.
