Compass Inc. (NYSE: COMP) announced the addition of Colorado Home Realty (CHR), an independent brokerage based in Littleton, Colorado.
Founded in 2005, CHR closed $617.2 million in sales volume during 2024. In announcing his company’s next chapter, CHR CEO Matt Hudson stated, “Joining Compass is such an exciting opportunity for our agents, one that’s really centered on giving them the very best tools for now and the future. “We’ve always focused on empowering our team with whatever they need to provide exceptional client experiences. With Compass’ innovative tech platform and national agent network, they can now do even more for both their clients and their businesses.”

Colorado Home Realty is the latest company to join Compass, which welcomed Cottingham Chalk and PorchLight Real Estate Group into its fold in July.
