Maxex, an Atlanta-headquartered digital mortgage exchange designed to enable buying and selling residential loans through a single clearinghouse, announced the hiring of Daniel Wallace as chief operating officer.
Wallace previously served as CEO of Haven Servicing, a financial technology company focused on enhancing engagement among mortgage servicers, originators, borrowers, and investors. Previously, he served as general manager of lending at Figure Technologies, a digital lender leveraging blockchain technology. Earlier in his career, he was CEO of FirstKey Mortgage. a Cerberus Capital Management portfolio company, as well as co-founder and managing partner at Capital Crossing and managing director at Lehman Brothers.
