Dream Finders Homes (NYSE: DFH) has signed a new multi-year partnership to serve as the Official Home Builder of the Tampa Bay Rays.
According to the Jacksonville, Florida-based company, the partnership will feature marketing opportunities throughout the season designed to raise Dream Finders Homes’ profile and brand recognition in the Tampa Bay region. This will include fan-facing events, Rays media assets, and the naming-rights of the Dream Finders Homes Terrace down the left-field line.
In addition to being the Official Home Builder of the Tampa Bay Rays, Dream Finders Homes will also activate at Al Lang Stadium in St. Petersburg and will be featured as the Official Home Builder of the Tampa Bay Rowdies, the professional soccer team owned by the Rays.
Patrick Zalupski, the founder and CEO of Dream Finders Homes and also the managing partner and co-chairman of the Tampa Bay Rays, stated, “As we continue our expansion throughout the Tampa Bay region, we are thrilled to align our brand with Major League Baseball’s franchise in Tampa Bay.
