Eres Capital, an investment and development division of Eres Companies, announced it will open its Yellowstone Landing community this fall in Bozeman, Montana.
Situated in the newly developed mixed-used Yellowstone Airport Plaza off I-90, the community will provide a variety of one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom floorplans, along with amenities including a pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, coworking space, and dog park. The property is situated in view of the Bridger Mountain Range.
Yellowstone Landing will be marketed for both private residents and corporate housing. Corporate leasing packages include benefits such as move-in/move-out support, optional furnishings, and cleaning services.

Very interesting…”Yellowstone ” Landing is not anywhere near the Yellowstone river and its hardly a “Community”..really just big apartment buildings between the interstate and the railroad tracks……but even more of a misrepresentation is that its not in Bozeman at all. Its adjacent to the city of Belgrade, Montana.
