Three former executives from Zillow (NASDAQ: Z, ZG) have launched HouseWhisper, an AI-powered assistant for real estate professionals.

HouseWhisper was co-founded by Luis Poggi (former Zillow vice president of product and engineering), Spencer Rascoff (Zillow co-founder and former CEO, and current Match Group CEO), and Alex Kutner (former Zillow engineering leader). According to the new company, the HouseWhisper platform integrates with agents’ calendars and CRMs. With just one phone number and no app required, agents can call or text as they would with a real assistant to help manage their scheduling workloads.

HouseWhisper has been in beta for about eight months and is already used by over 4,000 agents nationwide. The launch announcement included news that the company has received nearly $10 million in seed funding from Mayfield, PSL Ventures, and 75 and Sunny Ventures.

“The rapid adoption of HouseWhisper by top teams and agents shows the industry is ready for a smarter, more efficient way to work,” said Rascoff.
