Fairway Home Mortgage has announced a new strategic partnership with OpenAI, the company behind ChatGPT.
According to the companies, Fairway will tap into OpenAI’s technology “to leverage cutting-edge capabilities in natural language processing, intelligent automation, and data-driven insights. The tools are intended to enable Fairway to innovate more quickly, operate more efficiently, and continue moving at the speed Fairway is known for.”
To oversee the partnership, Fairway will promote Caleb Ondrusek from senior vice president of IT operations to executive vice president of technology and innovation.
“I’ll be leading Fairway’s AI innovation strategy to transform both our borrower experience and our loan officer and operations experience,” said Ondrusek. “This entails driving the design and implementation of AI-powered solutions that streamline workflows, simplify complex processes, and foster more personalized and efficient interactions at every stage of the journey.”
