A Florida court has temporary blocked a land transfer made by Miami Dade College on a parcel that will be used as the future home of President Trump’s presidential library.

The Wall Street Journal reports the transfer was halted when Judge Mavel Ruiz of Florida’s 11th Judicial Circuit, who ruled the college did not provide reasonable public notice for its board vote on the donation of the parcel that is currently being used as a parking lot. County appraisers estimate the parcel is worth more than $67 million.

The college’s board of trustees voted last month to transfer the land to the state, which donated it to the foundation coordinating the presidential library. Marvin Dunn, a local political activist, filed a lawsuit last week claiming the college ran afoul of Florida’s Sunshine law by not giving adequate public notice.

Judge Ruiz stated the college can put out a new public notice and hold another meeting and vote on the issue. However, the college said it would appeal the ruling.
