Fox News anchor Bret Baier is seeking to flip a luxury property in swanky Palm Beach, Florida, that he purchased 15 months ago.
Baier acquired the 0.26-acre property featuring a 4,162-square-foot residence with three bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms in March 2022 from designer Tommy Hilfiger for $12 million. According to Realtor.com, the property is about five miles away from former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate and is outside the gates of the exclusive Palm Beach Country Club.
Baier listed the two-year-old property for roughly $16.5 million, but the broadcaster doesn’t have the best track record with real estate sales – he listed his five-bedroom Washington, D.C., estate in 2020 for $7.9 million but sold it one year later for a discounted $6.5 million.
