Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK) has hired Gregg Metcalf as executive director.
Metcalf will be based in the company’s Atlanta office and brings more than 30 years of experience that encompassed advising private, corporate and institutional clients on complex real estate strategies, including headquarters relocations, build-to-suit projects, incentive negotiations and acquisition planning. Metcalf will partner closely with Cushman & Wakefield Executive Directors Ken Ashley and Sam Hollis.
Metcalf joins the company from JLL, where he was executive vice president of tenant representation. Earlier in his career, he was vice president of national development at The Alter Group. He is also a past president of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors
