HGTV, a brand within the portfolio of Warner Bros. Discovery (NASDAQ: WBD), has launched its HGTV Smart Home 2025 sweepstakes with a newly renovated, fully furnished home in San Antonio, Texas, as a grand prize.
According to HGTV, the winner of the sweepstakes will receive keys to the home, a new 2025 Mercedes-Benz GLC Plug-In Hybrid SUV, and $100,000 cash. The 3,000-square-foot residence at the center of the sweepstakes was originally built in the 1950s and features amenities including a private basketball court, a sports-inspired media lounge, multiple gaming consoles, and a cold plunge. The home was remodeled by KM Builders with a new interior design by Poonam Moore.
“The HGTV Smart Home inspires viewers with clever solutions that will enhance their lives and elevate their homes,” said Loren Ruch, head of content at HGTV. “Our fans can’t wait to see the home reveals, as well as learn about the cities we select, and we are so excited to highlight San Antonio.”
Eligible fans can enter daily at HGTV.com/Smart and FoodNetwork.com/HGTVSmartHome through 5:00 pm EDT on May 23. A one-hour special on the HGTV Smart Home 2025 will be broadcast on April 4 at 7:00 pm ET on HGTV, HGTV GO and Hogar de HGTV; the special will also be available on Max and Discovery+ the next day.
