HGTV has launched its latest sweepstakes competition with the HGTV Urban Oasis 2023 featuring a grand prize of a newly built, fully furnished home located in Louisville, Kentucky.
In addition to the keys to the new four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home, the sweepstakes winner will also receive an all-new 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC SUV, and $50,000 from Viva along with a five-year supply of the brand’s paper towels. HGTV said this prize package is valued at over $850,000.

The official entry period of the HGTV Urban Oasis 2023 begins at 9:00 a.m. ET on Monday, Oct. 2 and runs through 5:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday, Nov. 21.
