Hospitality at Work, a manager of office and mixed-use properties and a subsidiary of the real estate developer and investor Lowe, has acquired Vector Property Services, a Denver-based company with over 2.5 million square feet of institutional property under management.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, and most of Vector’s property management, engineering, and accounting staff will join the Hospitality at Work team.

With this acquisition, Hospitality at Work’s portfolio, bringing total managed space to 11 million square feet nationwide.
