Janover Inc. (NASDAQ: JNVR), an artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled platform for commercial real estate transactions, has rolled out Groundbreaker’s Janover Engage, a marketplace designed to connect real estate syndicators with investors.
Groundbreaker is a wholly owned subsidiary of Janover that provides an online portal designed to simplify the investment process. The new platform includes access to more than 40,000 verified investors that have invested more than $1 billion. The investments are only available to syndicators raising under Reg D 506(c) and to accredited investors.

The company added that platform does not offer investment advice and does not receive payments based on the number of investors reached or subscribed. It added that the Groundbreaker portal is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission or any state as a broker-dealer, investment advisor, or investment company.
