Plaza Retail REIT (TSX: PLZ.UN), a real estate investment trust and retail property owner and developer focused on Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic Canada, announced the appointment of Jason Parravano as chief operating officer (COO), effective Jan. 8, 2024.
Parravano is joining Plaza from The Walter Group, where he was named chief financial officer of the company’s asset management business activities last May. Before that, he spent eight years at Canadian Net Real Estate Investment Trust, where he rose through the ranks to become president and CEO.
