The former Hollywood power couple Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are still having no luck offloading their Beverly Hills mansion, taking it off the market for the second time in six months.

Lopez and Affleck, who married in July 2022, acquired the 38,000-square-foot estate in May 2023 for $60.8 million. The couple, who split after roughly two years together, initially tried to sell the property as an off-market deal but found no takers. They listed the property in July 2024 for $68 million but cut the price 10 months later to $59.5 million before removing the listing last July.

People.com reports Lopez and Affleck relisted the property for $52 million in September but still could not find any buyers. The listing was officially removed on Jan. 26.

The 5.2-acre property’s residence features 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms, with amenities that include a cinema, wine room, whiskey lounge, sauna and massage room, and a spa with a hair and nail salon. Elsewhere on the property is 5,000-square-foot sports facility with a lounge, boxing ring and an indoor pickleball court, as well as a two-bedroom guard house.

Last July, an unnamed “insider” told People.com, “While they’ve been hoping to sell the property, they’ve also been hesitant to take a big loss. They lowered the price to get more interest and when this didn’t happen, they were advised to take it off the market. It was a business decision that they made together.”

Neither Lopez nor Affleck commented publicly on their latest house selling setback.
