With a knack for transforming spaces, Jenn – as an Utah native – completed an education in Interior Design and Sales from Weber State University. Her early experiences provided her with a unique understanding of the specific processes that make building spaces a detailed and complex task. This foundation not only honed her eye for what can make properties marketable but also equipped her with an advanced understanding of the construction process.
Recognizing the seamless connection between interior design and real estate, Jennifer transitioned into the world of real estate nearly unintentionally. The thought was to combine her skills to offer clients a comprehensive package. But her ability to envision a property’s potential, allowed her to guide clients through the process of finding not just a house but a personalized living space that suits their lifestyle. This combination allowed her to spend years growing an in-house development company which spanned into numerous arms of the industry before her talents were recognized by a national television company – allowing her the next pivotal transition.
Adding another feather to her cap, Jenn has become a recurring host on a popular TV show dedicated to real estate and home improvement. Her on-screen presence, combined with her wealth of knowledge, has made her a trusted figure in the industry. Through the TV show, she shares valuable insights, tips, and trends with a broad audience, further solidifying her status as a confident leader in the community.
Between featuring her clients listings on television, frequent appearances on Good Things Utah, and filming informational commercials, Jenn spends her time coaching other real estate professionals in her successful mentorship program. She remains deeply connected to her local community of professionals. She believes in giving back and using her success to make a positive impact on the lives of others and strives to single handedly shape the real estate community within Utah.
