Former Major League Baseball star Johnny Damon is listing his amenity-packed mansion in the Orlando suburbs for $30 million.
Damon and his wife, Michelle, bought their 4.8-acre parcel within a gated community in Windermere, Florida, in 2007 for $4 million and built their approximately 30,000-square-foot lakefront home in 2010. The residence has nine bedrooms and 15 bathrooms, along with two kitchens, three guest apartments and a two-story closet.
The Damons are strong believers in home entertainment – according to the Wall Street Journal, their residence also includes two gyms, a sauna and steam room, a hair salon, a tennis court, a basketball court, a volleyball court, a saltwater pool with a swim-up Hibachi grill and bar plus a grotto and a slide, a zip line, a vegetable garden, an outdoor playhouse for the Damons’ children and a music loft for storing instruments.
