Cortland, an Atlanta-headquartered multifamily real estate investment, development, and management company, appointed Juan Bueno as president of operations.
In this newly created position, Bueno will oversee a variety of critical functions including operations and facilities, analytics, revenue, talent, marketing, communications and resident experience.
Bueno comes to Cortland from Avison Young, where he was the firm’s U.S. president. Prior to that, he was vice president of sales for Home Depot Pro. He also spent more than 15 years in management consulting, including more than a decade with McKinsey & Co.
