One of Justin’s gifts is speaking with power, presence, and intensity—something he learned through being the keynote speaker at over 1500 events as a top Peak Performance Strategist for Tony Robbins. His teaching helped thousands of audiences implement principles of empowering leadership, effective communication, peak personal performance, and building life & business by design. 

Justin’s mantra when he gets on stage is simple: Every, single, word matters. He’ll often spend hours preparing for each speaking engagement. He takes the opportunity to speak as an opportunity to reinforce and relearn the exact principles he intends to share. 

In recent years, Justin has taken over as the leader of Utah Life Real Estate Group, REAL Brokerage. His agents are producing over 1000 transactions/year through personal growth: no hacks, just becoming the type of people who produce at a high level. He teaches his team to use real estate as their vehicle for personal growth and wealth, while cultivating the types of beliefs, attitudes, and culture that lead to better performance and more fulfilling lives. 

His own professional growth includes a handful of personal entrepreneurial ventures: ownership of Meraki Title Company, speaking at select events around the country, Chief Training Officer at Spring B and personal breakthrough coaching with a selective group of highly motivated individuals.
