Justin Timberlake is hoping to say “Bye Bye Bye” to his 127-acre property in Franklin, Tennessee – to the tune of $10 million.
Realtor.com is reporting the singer/actor acquired the property in 2015 for $4 million. The property is located 22 miles south of Nashville and does not have a residence on its grounds. Instead, it home to three mountaintops, wooded trails, open pastures, a creek, a spring-fed fishing pond and wide-open pastures. The property has two entrances, with one consisting of a covered bridge and the other more suitable for larger vehicles.
The sale might be coming at the right time, as Timberlake doesn’t have much free time to ramble about the property. He is starring in the new Netflix film “Reptile” that has its premiere at next month’s Toronto International Film Festival and is reportedly reuniting with his former NSYNC bandmates for the November film release “Trolls Band Together” – with the boy band recording their first new song together since 2002.
