Justin Timberlake has said “Bye Bye Bye” to his nearly 127-acre property outside of Nashville, selling the land at a discounted price.

Mansion Global reported the singer/actor sold the property for $8 million, down from his $10 million asking price when it was listed last summer but also more than the $4 million purchase price when he acquired the property in 2015. The sales closed in late May, a few weeks prior to his headline generating DWI arrest in the Hamptons.

The property is located 22 miles south of Nashville and does not have a residence on its grounds. Instead, it home to three mountaintops, wooded trails, open pastures, a creek, a spring-fed fishing pond and wide-open pastures. The property has two entrances, with one consisting of a covered bridge and the other more suitable for larger vehicles.

The new owner is listed in records as a limited liability company. Timberlake, who is a Tennessee native, acquired the property through a trust.
