Kensington Vanguard National Land Services, a New York City-headquartered national title insurance and settlement agency, has acquired James P. Lazar PC, a Dallas-headquartered national commercial title insurance provider.
The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. This is the 29th acquisition transaction in Kensington Vanguard’s corporate history.
