The homebuilder Lennar Corp. (NYSE: LEN) has announced the grand opening of North River Farms, its new master-planned community of single-family homes in the San Diego suburb of Oceanside, California.
According to the company, the new community encompasses five different neighborhoods with 17 different home designs. The one- and two-story residences range from 2,265 to 4,764 square feet and feature three to five bedrooms and up to five-and-a-half bathrooms. Amenities include swimming pools, a clubhouse, pickleball courts, a fitness center, playgrounds, trails and parks; the Oceanside location also offers access to local golf courses.
Pricing at the community starts in the mid-$900,000s.
“North River Farms is more than a new neighborhood – it’s a destination,” said Ryan Green, Lennar’s San Diego division president. “With its vibrant setting, recreation at every turn, and an ideal Oceanside location, this community offers a one-of-a-kind way of life.”
