Real estate developer Arman Gabaee, co-managing partner at the Charles Company, has established the Arman Gabaee Scholarship for Real Estate.
The new $1,000 award is open to all undergraduate students currently enrolled in accredited colleges or universities, and applicants are required to submit an original essay of 500-750 words addressing the following prompt: “Discuss the evolving role of technology in modern real estate development. Analyze how technological advancements are reshaping the industry and propose innovative strategies for integrating technology to enhance sustainability, efficiency, and community engagement in future real estate projects.”
“I believe in the power of education to transform lives and communities,” said Gabaee. “By providing this scholarship, I hope to empower students to pursue their passions and contribute to the future of real estate. It’s an investment in the individuals who will shape our cities and build sustainable, thriving communities.”
The application deadline for the Arman Gabaee Scholarship for Real Estate is January 15, 2026, and the scholarship winner will be announced on February 15, 2026. Interested students are encouraged to submit their complete application package, including the essay and supporting documents, to apply@armangabaeescholarship.com.
Gabaee was last in the headIines in December 2022 when he was sentenced to 48 months in federal prison and fined $1.1 million after pleading guilty to one count of bribery for offering to buy a million-dollar home for a Los Angeles County public official in exchange for the official’s assistance securing a $45 million county lease.
$1000? That’s not much, AI is already shaping this biz. This sounds like NWO clap trap: …”and propose innovative strategies for integrating technology to enhance sustainability, efficiency, and community engagement in future real estate projects.”He was busted for bribery, now he’s trying to make good & he’s out of ideas, gotta pay some kid $1000- really?
