One year after putting his longtime home in New York’s Shelter Island on the market, comedian Louis CK is listing it again at a significant discount.

Realtor.com reports the home is now being offer for $4.3 million, which is less than half of the $9.25 million price the funnyman sought last August.

The three-story, Tudor-style 5,300-square-foot residence on a 2.02-acre property was built in 1901 and has been extensively renovated. Nicknamed Primrose Cottage, the residence features six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a pool and hot tub, while the property includes a deep-water dock that can accommodate multiple boats.

During the early part of the 20th century, the property was the summer retreat of several notable figures including Presidents William McKinley and Theodore Roosevelt, baseball great Babe Ruth and “Peter Pan” playwright J.M. Barrie.

But even with the discounted price, Louis CK could still make a profit – he acquired the estate in 2014 for $2.4 million.
