Comedian Louis CK is listing his estate in Shelter Island, New York, for $9.25 million – 10 years after he acquired the property for $2.44 million.
According to a Curbed report, the Tudor-stye 5,300-square-foot residence on a 2.02-acre property was built in 1901 and has been extensively renovated. The three-floor home, nicknamed Primrose Cottage, features six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a pool and hot tub, while the property includes a deep-water dock that can accommodate multiple boats.
While the comedian sold out Madison Square Garden in 2023, is in the market for a real estate success. His recent property sales – a Greenwich Village co-op in 2022 and a Hudson Square townhouse in 2023 – were both offloaded at a loss.
