Country music star Luke Bryan has no problems getting audiences into his shows, but he seems to be stymied getting interest in his mansion in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.
Realtor.com reported the award-winning singer/songwriter first listed his 4,645-square-foot Gulf Coast property in December 2022 for $18 million. But with no takers, the price was cut to $16 million two months later – and with a continued lack of buyer interest, the price was discounted again to $14.9 million.
The four-story five-bedroom, five-bathroom property was built in 1994 and bought by Bryan in 2013 for $2.5 million – he reportedly nicknamed it “Snowman” for its stark white façade. According to the listing, the home has been “completely redesigned by bespoke Nashville designer Chad James, and architecturally recreated by renowned architect Geoff Chick and builder Chris Clark” – and Bryan is selling the home fully furnished.
