Luxury Presence, a Los Angeles-headquartered proptech startup, has launched a new mobile platform for real estate agents.
The company’s new Presence Copilot provides real estate professionals with an AI-powered mobile assistant that helps agents prepare for meetings, transcribe and summarize voice notes, update client preferences and instantly access the latest market data from over 270 MLS services. It also features an agent-branded consumer app to manage and collaborate with clients in one customized place.

Separately, Luxury Presence announced it has raised $19.2M in Series B-1 funding from Bessemer Venture Partners with participation from Switch Ventures and other existing investors. In January 202, the company raised $5.4 million Series A funding via Switch Ventures. Bessemer Venture Partners and Toba Capital.
