Mark Zuckerberg opened his checkbook and transacted one of Florida’s most expensive home sales with a $170 million purchase of a waterfront estate on Miami’s swanky “Billionaire Bunker” island.
The Orlando Weekly reports the Meta CEO’s new Sunshine State residence spans nearly 30,000 square feet and includes nine bedrooms, 11.5 bathrooms, a private dock, waterfront pool, gym, home theater, aquarium, a library with a secret passageway (although it is not much of a secret if that’s part of the listing), and a hair salon – yes, a hair salon (it would seem that Zuckerberg needs professional help to keep his curls bouncing).
Even better, the tech titan got the estate at a discount. The property, which is still under construction, was launched in 2025 and was originally listed at $200 million.

He should move his business there too. No need for any tech company to be in this state.
