Atlanta-based McKinley Homes has acquired Houston-based Liberty Home Builders Houston, expanding its presence into Texas.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. McKinley Homes Houston Division will be led by the former Liberty Home Builders executive team which consists of President Damon Sachs, Vice President of Construction Johnny Sullivan, and Vice President of Sales Dennis Ulanday. Sachs will report to Jinsong Yang, managing member of McKinley Homes. John Sachs, a founding partner and CEO of Liberty Home Builders, is retiring effective immediately.
