Constructive Capital, an Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois-based wholesale capital provider for mortgage brokers and real estate investors, has hired Megan Castleton as chief credit officer.
In her new job role, Castleton will develop and implement credit policies, coordinate strategic risk management, and develop and launch lending products tailored to current market demands.
Castleton was previously self-employed with her JWM Consulting Inc. firm, and earlier in her career she was head of credit and operations at Aureus Finance Group and vice president of nonconforming lending at WestGen Lending.
