The Florida home of Sir Mick Jagger, the Rolling Stones frontman, is now on the market for $3.499 million.
According to Realtor.com Jagger and his partner, retired ballerina and choreographer Melanie Hamrick, acquired the 0.35-acre property in The Lake Club gated community of Lakewood in 2020 for $1.98 million. The 5,726-square-foot residence was built in 2008 and features four bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms, a heated pool and – as a unique quirk – a bell tower, complete with a bell.
The celebrity couple spent more than $300,000 on the renovations, adding a dance studio space with a ballet barre.
According to Showbiz Cheat Sheet, Jagger’s real estate portfolio includes a 16th century castle in France, an 18th century home in London and luxury properties in New York City, Sicily and the Caribbean island of Mustique.
