Actor Miles Teller is touching down from his box office success with “Top Gun: Maverick” by listing his Spanish-style home in Studio City, California, for $5.7 million.
According to a report in Dirt.com, the 5,505-square foot property was built in 2016 and offers five bedrooms and six-and-half bathrooms. Other features of the residence include a tiered movie theater, a three-car garage, and an open-air cabana with a lounge area, fireplace and full bath.
Teller purchased the property when it was constructed for $3 million, and he recently purchased a Cape Cod-style property for Pacific Palisades for $7.5 million. The actor is currently working on the British-based action film “The Gorge” and the animated feature “The Ark and the Aardvark.”
