The National Association of Realtors (NAR) and ATTOM have announced updated offerings for their respective housing-focused data.

NAR released its Market Statistics Dashboard, a member-exclusive tool offering local housing data. The dashboard is updated monthly and provides metro data on housing affordability, sales and listing trends, home pricing changes, economic indicators, and homeownership and demographic insights.

“The new Dashboard is a tool that enables NAR members to stay ahead of the market and better serve their clients,” said Lawrence Yun, NAR chief economist. “Using exclusive NAR data, the Dashboard is a one-stop-shop that equips members with insights into shifts in affordability, demand, and the economy. This allows agents who are realtors to advocate on behalf of their clients with confidence and achieve better outcomes.”

Separately, ATTOM announced the availability of its comprehensive property datasets on the Snowflake cloud-based data warehousing platform. According to the company, users can now incorporate ATTOM’s property data—including ownership details, tax assessments, neighborhood data, transaction history and more—directly into their cloud-native analytics environments. The addition of Parquet and GeoParquet delivery options gives clients optimized access to ATTOM data, the company added.

“Making our data available through Snowflake and in modern formats like Parquet reflects our commitment to empowering clients with faster, smarter ways to work with property data,” said Todd Teta, chief product and technology officer at ATTOM. “This is just the beginning—these innovations are part of a larger initiative to expand how we deliver our trusted data, making it even easier to integrate into any analytics environment, from large-scale market models to advanced geospatial applications.”
