Bridge Tower Homes, a Dallas-based residential developer, has entered into a joint venture agreement with Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp., a Japanese real estate company, for the creation of residential for-sale communities throughout Texas.
The joint venture’s first project is Saddlebrook, a 16-acre residential community located in Corinth, Texas, featuring 97 homes with floor plans ranging from 1,700 to 2,650 square feet. The companies plan to break ground on this project in March, and prices for the new residences will start at $385,000.
