Real Estate Secured Crowd Investments (RESCI) has launched a platform designed to expand property investment in South Africa.

According to the company, the new platform is based on en commandite partnerships, a structure that allows investors to become silent partners in specific property projects, thus ensuring limited liability and direct ties to tangible assets. Investors can choose from a variety of property bonds, each backed by real estate assets, and RESCI claims that its deals “typically offer a minimum of 10% interest per year over a 20-year bond term.”

RESCI added that it offers an investment calculator on their website, enabling users to project returns based on initial capital, interest rates, tax considerations, and investment duration.

“At RESCI, we’re redefining property investment, making it accessible, secure, and rewarding for every investor,” said Jaco Roets, CEO at RESCI. “Our approach eliminates conventional barriers, allowing individuals to build wealth through property-backed projects with optimal security.”
