Commercial real estate is the focus of a new reality television series coming to the A+E Network next month.
“The Real Estate Commission” is an eight-episode series hosted by Todd J. Drowlette, managing director of Titan Commercial Realty Group. The series will track high-stakes deals involving multimillion-dollar office leases and national retailer expansions across major markets in New York, Vermont, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and North Carolina.
“This show is like Shark Tank meets commercial real estate — the deals are real, the stakes are high, and viewers will see how empires are built one deal at a time,” said Drowlette. “Commercial real estate touches people’s lives every single day — from the gas station where they fill up, to the grocery store that stocks their shelves and the drive-thru coffee they grab on the way to work. While office towers have struggled since Covid, and today’s higher interest rates make lending harder, the deals we do in this industry matter more than ever. They aren’t just about investors — they keep local businesses alive, workers employed and entire communities moving forward.”
The new series on Oct. 12, at 9:00 a.m. ET as part of A+E’s Home.Made Nation programming block.
